26E0164 (LBB NL Mainz) Gästehaus der Landesregierung, Bastei Renovierung Modernisierung Optimierung, Metallbau- und Schlosserarbeiten Bei den Maßnahmen, die in diesem Leistungsverzeichnis beschrieben sind, handelt es sich um Umbauarbeiten und Tragwerksertüchtigungen in diesem Gebäude. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Lieferung und Montage von - Stahltüren im KG, teilweise mit Brandschutzklassifizierung, (14 Stk.) - Einbau einer Stahlträgerkonstruktion im Tiefkeller als Tragwerksertüchtigung (HEA 180 ~30m; HEA 200 ~ 5,5m; zzgl. Auflager u. Verbindungsm.) - Ertüchtigung von bauzeitlichen Stahlstützen (10 Stk.), - Statische Maßnahmen am Tragwerk ( IPE 120 ~3,2m ; Passschrauben M12, 5.6; e=185mm, Mutter, ~272 Stk.; Stütze QRO 100/100-4 ~2,75m; HEB260 ~6,25m - zzgl. Verbindungsbauteile, Auflagerarbeiten etc.) - Herstellen und Montieren von Geländern und Absturzsicherungen auf der Galerie (~15m Länge) und den Balkonen (~36m Länge), - Kellerfenster (12 Stk.), - Garagentore (4 Stk.) - Wandbekleidungen, Geländer und Handläufe an der Terrassenrampe im Außenbereich (Bogenlänge Rampe 11,19m innen/ 15,12m Außen; 1,5m breit).
