Description

Anzubieten sind Rettungswagen nach DIN EN 1789 in aktueller Fassung. Die in der technischen Leistungsbeschreibung geforderten Einzel- und Detailleistungen sind zu erfüllen. Genaue Beschreibungen sind dem Angebot beizufügen. Ein Angebot für einzelne Lose kann erfolgen. Aus den vorgegebenen Angebotsunterlagen muss eindeutig erkennbar sein, dass die in der Leistungsbeschreibung dargestellten Anforderungen erfüllt werden. Für die Angebotsabgabe ist die hier vorliegende Vorlage zu nutzen (nach § 29 VgV). Die Teilnehmer des Wettbewerbs haben die Vollständigkeit der Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu überprüfen und ggf. fehlende, zur Angebotsabgabe notwendige Seiten nachzufordern. Dieses Rettungsdienstfahrzeug bildet mit seiner Besatzung eine taktische Einheit zur Aufgabenerfüllung im Bereich der Notfallrettung. Als Rettungswagen nach DIN EN 1789, Typ C wird das Fahrzeug in den bestehenden Fahrzeugpark des Rettungsdienstes der Stadt Düren integriert. Die Beschaffung des Fahrzeuges mit weitgehend notfallmedizinischem Aus- und Aufbau zur RTW muss nach der Norm DIN EN 1789 erfolgen. Der Aufbau zur Aufnahme der Besatzung (0/1/2), die Unterbringung der medizinischen Ausrüstung, sowie der Betrieb aller Einrichtungen muss so erfolgen, dass auch unter schwierigen Einsatz- und extremen Wetterbedingungen ein schnellstmöglicher Einsatz gewährleistet wird. Das Fahrzeug muss als Zweiachs-Straßen-Frontlenkergestell ausgeführt sein. Die vom Auftragnehmer geschuldete Dokumentation ist vollständig, eindeutig gegliedert und den jeweiligen Fahrzeug-, Aufbau- und Ausrüstungskomponenten zuzuordnen. Die Verlastung der Ausrüstung muss in taktisch sinnvoller Anordnung erfolgen. Zusammen benötigte Geräte und Materialien sind in räumlicher Nähe zu verlasten. Die Geräteverlastung muss der in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung vorgegebenen Konzeption des Rettungsdienstes Stadt Düren entsprechen.
