Description

Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist die Durchführung des nicht dringlichen Intensivtransports als Teil der öffentlichen Notfallrettung. Die Stadt Münster, der Kreis Steinfurt, der Kreis Coesfeld, der Kreis Warendorf und der Kreis Borken stellen die Teilaufgabe des nicht dringlichen bodengebundenen Intensivtransports von erstversorgten Notfallpatienten gemäß § 2 Abs. 2 S. 2 RettG NRW in dem gesamten Bereich der Trägergemeinschaft sicher (§ 6 Abs. 4 RettG NRW i. V. m. § 23 Abs. 1 1. Alt. GkG NRW). Die Stadt Münster hat die Teilaufgabe Intensivtransport in zeitlich gemäß jeweils gültigen Rettungsdienstbedarfsplan der Stadt Münster begrenzten Umfang in die eigene Zuständigkeit übernommen (Kernträger). Die Trägergemeinschaft ist zum Zeitpunkt des Verfahrensbeginns noch nicht wirksam. Die Stadt Münster geht jedoch davon aus, dass die Wirksamkeit im Laufe des Vergabeverfahrens, spätestens jedoch zum Zeitpunkt der Aufforderung zur finalen Angebotsabgabe gemäß § 24 Abs. 4 GwG NRW vorliegen wird. Bitte beachten Sie hierzu den Hinweis unter Ziffer 1. (Einleitung) im Dokument Bewerbungsbedingungen. Durchführung der von der Leitstelle zugewiesenen Einsätze des nicht dringlichen bodengebundenen Intensivtransports mit auftragnehmereigenen ITW und Betriebssitz/Betriebsstandort in Münster sowie geeigneten nichtärztlichen und ärztlichen Personal für die Stadt Münster (Kernträgerin) im gesamten Gebiet der Trägergemeinschaft ITW im Vorhaltumfang von 7 Tagen pro Woche, 365 Tage im Jahr, von 08:00 bis 20:00 Uhr mit Erweiterungsoption frühestens ab dem Jahr 2028 mit zusätzlichem Vorhalteumfang von 20:00 bis 22:00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag (außer Feiertage) (siehe Anlage Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen) sowie einer Vertragsverlängerungsoption.
