Description

Wartung und Inspektion sowie Instandsetzung und Störungsbeseitigung von Raumlufttechnische Anlagen Es werden Leistungen zur Wartung und Inspektion sowie zur Störungsbeseitigung und Instandsetzung von Raumlufttechnischen Anlagen ausgeschrieben. Bei den instand zu haltenden Anlagen handelt es sich um insgesamt 158 RLT-Anlagen, davon 42 Vollklimaanlagen, 13 Teilklimaanlagen und 103 Lüftungsanlagen. Die Leistungen beinhalten die Instandhaltung von ca. 2.200 Brandschutzelementen (Brandschutzklappen, Brandschutzventile, Entrauchungsklappen). Die Ausschreibung umfasst auch die Instandhaltung von 218 Umluftkühlern (Standgeräte, Deckenkassettengeräte, Wandgeräte) als Bestandteil der RLT-Anlagen. Inspektion und Reinigung der Fettabluftkanäle der Gastronomiebetriebe ist ebenfalls Teil der Leistung.
