Markterkundung - Freiwillige Vorinformation - Keine Auftragsbekanntmachung - Die Markterkundung dient der Überprüfung des Marktes für die Vorbereitung eines geplanten Beschaffungsvorhabens. Nach Abschluss der Markterkundung werden die Ergebnisse in die Ausschreibungsunterlagen des beabsichtigten Vergabeverfahrens vom Auftraggeber evaluiert und neutralisiert eingearbeitet. Gegenstand des Vertrages sind Serviceleistungen für das beschriebene IT-System und dessen mögliche Erweiterungen. Zum Ablauf: Interessierte Marktteilnehmer werden gebeten, bis spätestens zum 31.07.2025 formlos ihr Interesse an der Markterkundung an vergabe.nord@autobahn.de (Betreff: Markterkundung: EVB-IT Vertrag) zu adressieren. Namen und Daten der an der Markterkundung beteiligten Unternehmen bleiben unter Verschluss. Nach Abschluss der Markterkundung werden die Ergebnisse der Markterkundung vom Auftraggeber evaluiert und neutralisiert in die Ausschreibungsunterlagen des geplanten Vergabeverfahrens eingearbeitet. Es wird ausdrücklich hervorgehoben, dass der Auftraggeber darüber hinaus mit Veröffentlichung der Vorinformation auch eigenständig Unternehmen zur Teilnahme an der Markterkundung ansprechen und einladen wird. Dies ermöglicht die Umsetzung einer breiten und transparenten Markterkundung und hindert aber nicht, weitere Interessenten an dieser Marktrecherche teilzunehmen.
