Der Auftrag umfasst die Werksinstandsetzung von Rechner, digital des Systems PzH2000. Die Bieter müssen im Rahmen der Angebotsabgabe berücksichtigen, dass die Angaben zu den jeweiligen Fachlosen lediglich aus den Vergangenheitswerten abgeleitete Schätzbedarfe sind sowie einen gegebenenfalls auftretenden Mehrbedarf (Sicherheitszuschlag) enthalten. Die tatsächlichen während der Vertragslaufzeit erfolgenden Beauftragungen können hinsichtlich der in einem Fachlos enthaltenen Bedarfsmengen der jeweiligen Versorgungsnummern abweichen. Die Obergrenze für den jeweiligen Auftrag bildet in jedem Fall die in dem betreffenden Fachlos zusammengefasste Gesamtmenge (Schätzbedarf + Sicherheitszuschlag). Eine Verpflichtung des AG, Einzelaufträge zu erteilen, wird durch diesen Vertrag nicht begründet. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt ab dem 01.01.2027 und endet am 31.12.2030. Des Weiteren behält sich der Auftraggeber eine optionale Verlängerung der Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2033 vor. Wenn der bestehende Vertrag zwischen der HIL GmbH und der Bundeswehr, egal aus welchem Rechtsgrund endet, kann die Rahmenvereinbarung durch ein Sonderkündigungsrecht beendet werden. Gesamtmenge 16Stk.; Gesamtmenge 83Stk.; Gesamtmenge 41Stk.
