Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 beauftragt werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 17 Systeme in der Leistungsart W85. Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2029 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption).
