Das Universitätsklinikum Aachen AöR (UKA) beabsichtigt die Wartungsleistung des Sicherheitsleitsystems der UKA, errichtet durch die Fa. Securiton, zu vergeben. Zwecks Unterrichtung des Marktes über die Auftragsvergabepläne führt die Uniklinik Aachen ein Markterkundungsverfahren durch. Die im Rahmen der Markterkundung ermittelten Informationen sollen ausgewertet und als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die weitere Gestaltung des Beschaffungsprozesses verwendet werden. Ziel der Markterkundung ist es insbesondere festzustellen, ob es einen Markt für das Beschaffungsvorhaben gibt, Unternehmen über die Auftragsvergabepläne und Anforderungen zu unterrichten.
