Description

Die Lichtrufanlagen am UKB für den Patientennotruf auf den Stationen müssen aufgrund der sicherheitsrelevanten Funktion für einen störungsfreien Betrieb regelmäßig überprüft und gewartet werden. Mit dieser Ausschreibung soll ein Wartungsvertrag für die Klinikbereiche Mitte und Süd in zwei Losen vergeben werden. Der Bereich Zone Mitte besteht aus 6 Gebäuden und der Bereich Zone Süd aus 7 Gebäuden. Der jeweilige Anlagenumfang pro Gebäude ist in den Preisblättern abgebildet. Abgefragt werden je Gebäude die Leistungen für Wartung, Inspektion und den planmäßigen Akkutausch innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit. Zusätzlich werden Preise für Instandsetzungsarbeiten abgefragt, da im Störungsfall die Anlagen zur Patientensicherheit kurzfristig entsprechend der Vorgaben im Wartungsvertrag instandgesetzt werden müssen. Die Grundlaufzeit des Vertrags wurde auf ein Jahr festgelegt. Es soll weiter eine einseitige Verlängerungsoption seitens des Auftragsgebers um weitere drei Jahre vereinbart werden.
