Teile des technischen Gebäudemanagements; Durchführung des technischen Gebäudemanagementes in 14 Liegenschaften in Frankfurt, Hanau und Main-Taunus Kreis mit einer Gesamtnettogrundfläche von rd. 65.000 m². Zur Leistung gehören insbesondere die Durchführung und Koordination von Wartungen, Inspektionen, Instandsetzungen, Sachverständigen- und Sachkundigenprüfungen (Wiederholungsprüfungen) sowie die Übernahme der Betriebsführung bei Anlagen im Bereich der Raumluft-, Heizungs-, Kälte-, Elektro-, Sanitär-, Brandschutz-, Küchen-, MSR Technik sowie der Gebäudeautomation. Desweiteren sind in geringem Umfang Hausmeisterleistungen zu erbringen.
