Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Leistungen: - Unterhaltsreinigung - Sonderreinigung Die Leistungen fallen in zwei Losen an. Die Aufteilung der Lose ist unter mengenmäßigen, örtlichen und fachlichen Gesichtspunkten erfolgt. Hinweis: Die Losbezeichnungen lauten bewusst Los 7 und Los 8. Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um ein Versehen. Die anderen Lose sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Vergabe. Details zu Intervallen, Arten und Umfängen der zu erbringenden Leistungen sind der Leistungsbe-schreibung nebst Anlagen insbesondere den Preisblättern zu entnehmen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die zu reinigenden Flächen und Intervalle ohne neues Vergabeverfahren im Rahmen des § 132 GWB Abs. 2 bis 4 zu erhöhen und/oder zu reduzieren. Die Abgabe von Angeboten kann für ein Los oder beide Lose erfolgen. Innerhalb der Lose sind jedoch alle Objekte mit allen Einzelleistungen anzubieten. Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgt je Los. Die Einzelvergabe von Objekten ist nicht vorgesehen. Los 7 umfasst Unterhaltsreinigungsleistungen in Verwaltungsgebäuden und Unterkunfte für Geflüchtete. Die Grundfläche der Objekte beträgt ca. 3.000 m2. Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche umfasst ca. 465.000 m2.; Los 8 umfasst Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigungsleistungen einer Personenunterführung. Die Grundfläche des Objektes beträgt ca. 880 m2. Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche umfasst ca. 220.000 m2 und zudem ca. 270 Stunden als Sonderreinigungsleistungen.
