Description

Ausgeschrieben werden Gebäudereinigungsleistungen in Objekten der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam. Die Leistungen fallen in zehn Losen an. Die Aufteilung der Lose ist unter mengenmäßigen, örtlichen und fachlichen Gesichtspunkten erfolgt. Details zu Intervallen, Arten und Umfängen der zu erbringenden Leistungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung nebst Anlagen insbesondere den Preisblättern zu entnehmen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die zu reinigenden Flächen und Intervalle ohne neues Vergabeverfahren im Rahmen des § 132 GWB Abs. 2 bis 4 zu erhöhen und/oder zu reduzieren. Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgt je Los. Die Einzelvergabe von Objekten ist nicht vorgesehen. Es gelten für jedes Los die je Los (Los 1 - 10) entsprechend angegebenen Informationen. Überdies gelten die sonstigen nicht losspezifischen Angaben. Los 1 umfasst Unterhalts- und Grundreinigungsarbeiten. Die Objekte verfügen über eine Grundfläche von ca. 40.100 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 5.750.000 m². Los 2 umfasst Unterhalts- und Grundreinigungsarbeiten. Die Objekte verfügen über eine Grundfläche von ca. 44.300 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 6.431.000 m². Los 3 umfasst Unterhalts- und Grundreinigungsarbeiten. Die Objekte verfügen über eine Grundfläche von ca. 62.100 m². Die jährliche Reinigungsfläche beträgt ca. 8.994.000 m². Los 4 umfasst Unterhalts- und Grundreinigungsarbeiten. Die Objekte verfügen über eine Grundfläche von ca. 56.700 m².
