Description

Vergeben werden Leistungen im Bereich Gebäudereinigung bzw. Industriereinigung in den nachfolgend aufgeführten vier Kraftwerken in Düsseldorf. Die Reinigungsleistungen erfolgen in insgesamt 4 Standorten (Kraftwerken). Die Industriereinigung beinhaltet u.a. die Reinigung von Hallen und Außenanlagen. Hier werden insbesondere die Bodenflächen (Maschineneinsatz teilweise möglich), Treppen/Treppengeländer und die Oberflächen der Industrieanlagen gereinigt. Des Weiteren sind Rohranlagen in den Hallen vorhanden. Auch hier sind die Oberflächen zu reinigen. Die Reinigung der Anlagen selbst (außer deren Oberflächen) kommt in größerem Umfang nicht vor, kann aber nach Absprache zum Leistungsumfang ergänzt werden. Bei den Neuverschmutzungen handelt es sich um Stäube, lose und anhaftende Verschmutzungen im industriellen Bereich (Öle und Baustaub, sowie Holzstäube im BMHKW Garath). Der Auftragnehmer hat sicherzustellen, dass Reinigungsleistungen in diesem Umfang (vgl. Flächenangaben s.u.) dauerhaft und zuverlässig erbracht werden können und hierfür entsprechend qualifiziertes Personal in ausreichendem Maße vorgehalten wird. Dies ist insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund relevant, da es sich bei dem Unternehmen um einen Betreiber kritischer Anlagen ("Kritische Infrastruktur") handelt, aus denen sich erhöhte Anforderungen an Sorgfalt, Umsicht und Zuverlässigkeit ergeben. Auf die hierzu weiter unten aufgeführten gesonderten Regelungen wird ergänzend verwiesen. Es geht um folgende vier Standorte: 1.
