Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb (BLB) Aachen des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen schreibt im Auftrag der Staatskanzlei des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen, die durch den Leiter der Vertretung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen bei der Europäischen Union (LV EU) in Brüssel vertreten wird, Leistungen des infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements für die im Gebäude Rue Montoyer 47 in Brüssel angemieteten Flächen mit voraussichtlichem Leistungsbeginn zum 01.07.2026 aus. Der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt zwischen dem Auftragnehmer (AN) und der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Aachen als Auftraggeber (AG). Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zum einen für die Unterhaltsreinigung in den für die LV EU vom Land Nordrhein-Westfalen angemieteten Räumlichkeiten, zum anderen Unterstützungsleistungen und zusätzliche Reinigungsleistungen, die im Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen in den Räumlichkeiten der Rue Montoyer 47 erforderlich sein werden.
