Description

Schadstoffuntersuchung ANLASS Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Brandschutzkonzeptes wurden am Institutsgebäude für Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik der RWTH Aachen brandschutztechnische Defizite festgestellt. Zur Herstellung eines den aktuellen Anforderungen der BauO NRW 2018 entsprechenden Brandschutzstandards sind verschiedene bauliche und anlagentechnische Maßnahmen erforderlich. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Umsetzung der im Brandschutzkonzept definierten Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung der Rettungswege, des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes sowie eines sicheren und regelkonformen Gebäudebetriebs. LAGE UND GEBÄUDE Das Institutsgebäude für Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik der RWTH Aachen (Geb. 20, WE 2110) befindet sich an der Wüllnerstraße 7, 52062 Aachen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Audimax. Das Gebäude wurde 1965 errichtet und 1997 grundsaniert. Es handelt sich um einen Stahlbetonskelettbau mit Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade, drei Untergeschossen sowie sieben oberirdischen Geschossen (EG-6. OG), der als Hochschul- und Forschungsgebäude genutzt wird. PLANUNGSAUFGABE Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind schadstofftechnische Untersuchungen im Rahmen der geplanten brandschutztechnischen Sanierung des Instituts für Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik der RWTH Aachen. Die Leistung umfasst die Erkundung und Bewertung schadstoffverdächtiger Bauteile in den von der Baumaßnahme betroffenen Bereichen sowie die Erstellung der für Planung, Ausschreibung und Ausführung erforderlichen schadstofftechnischen Unterlagen.
