Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Kanalreinigung von Sammlern und Flächenkanälen sowie vereinzelt von Spülschächten im Zuständigkeitsbereich des Abwasserzweckverbandes "Untere Selz" als Betriebsführer für die Abwasserbeseitigung im Gebiet der Stadt Ingelheim, im Stadtteil Heidesheim mit OT Heidenfahrt und OT Heidesheim sowie im Stadtteil Wackernheim und Sporkenheim der Stadt Ingelheim. Des Weiteren in der OG Klein-Winternheim der VG Nieder-Olm, in der Stadt Nieder-Olm und in der Stadt Gau-Algesheim, die nach einem vorgegebenen Intervall gereinigt werden sollen. Verteilung der Abwasserkanäle: Kanalreinigung Stadt Ingelheim ca. 1.395 Stück Kanalreinigung Stadtteil Geidesheim OT Heidesheim ca. 365 St. Kanalreinigung Stadtteil Heidesheim OT Heidenfahrt ca. 108 St. Kanalreinigung Stadtteil Wackernheim ca. 16 St. Kanalreinigung Stadtteil Sporkenheim ca. 69 St. Kanalreinigung Stadt Nieder-Olm ca. 12 St. Kanalreinigung Verbandsgemeinde Nieder-Olm OG Klein-Winternheim ca. 1 St. Kanalreinigung Stadt Gau-Algesheim ca. 75 St. Verteilung der Spülschächte: Stadt Ingelheim ca. 4 St Stadtteil Heidesheim OT Heidesheim ca. 2 St Verbandsgemeinde Nieder-Olm OG Klein-Winternheim ca. 3 St Die Kanalreinigung der Abwasserkanäle sowie Spülschächte bzw. der Schächte mit Rückstauventil erfolgt in Intervallen von 1x pro Jahr bzw. 1x alle zwei Jahre. Die Häufigkeit der Reinigung der Haltungen und Schächte wird durch entsprechende Tabellen und Planwerke bekannt gegeben. Diese sind der Ausschreibung als Anlagen beigefügt. Aufgrund der örtlichen Gegebenheiten (flaches Gelände) und der damit verbundenen geringen Gefälleverhältnisse innerhalb der hergestellten Kanalisation in diesen Bereichen ist mit verstärkten Sandablagerungen, Inkrustationen, etc. zu rechnen und aus diesem Grund sind die Bereiche überwiegend als Sonderreinigung im Stundenlohn zu bearbeiten.
