siehe Abschnitt 5 Pergamonmuseum - Grundinstandsetzung und Ergänzung - Bauabschnitt B VE B-304-3 Fassadensanierung Putz ATV DIN 18299 Baustelleneinrichtung ATV DIN 18459 Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten ATV DIN 18350 Putz und Stuckarbeiten ATV DIN 18330 Mauerarbeiten Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen ist die Sanierung und Ergänzung der Steinputzfassaden. Die Steinputzfassaden sind umfassend zu sanieren. Neben einer flächendeckenden Reinigung erfolgen Maßnahmen zur Sicherung des Originalbestandes, beispielsweise durch Verdübeln und Verfüllen von Hohllagen und eine Ergänzung der vorhandenen Oberflächen mit einem an den Bestand angepassten Steinputz. Folgende Fassadenflächen sind jeweils von OK Sockelgeschoss bis UK Architrav zu sanieren und zu ergänzen: Südfassade des Südflügels, ca. 925 m2, Südfassade des Mittelbaus Süd, ca. 345 m2, Ostfassade des Mittelbaus Süd, ca. 455 m2 Sanierungsziel: Authentischer Erhalt und Ergänzung des originalen Bestands. Bei der Grundinstandsetzung wird angestrebt, möglichst große Bereiche der originalen Steinputzflächen mit ihren Spuren der Alterung zu erhalten und Erneuerungen optimal an den Bestand anzupassen. Vorrang hat der Substanzerhalt. Die Instandsetzung schadhafter Steinputzbereiche erfolgt gemäß der historischen Ausführung in traditioneller handwerklicher Putztechnik mit an den Bestand angepassten Materialien. Zusätzliche Leistungen sind Schadenserfassung und Maßnahmenkartierung vor der Ausführung der Sanierungsarbeiten sowie Erstellung einer Dokumentation der Sanierungsarbeiten mit Kartierungen, Beschreibungen, Fotodokumentation und Plänen.
