Staatliche Museen zu Berlin - Museumsinsel und Museumshöfe, Baustelleneinrichtung und -logistik Bodestraße 1-3, 10178 Berlin Außenreinigung und Winterdienst 2026-2030 Außenreinigung und Winterdienst 2026 -2030 (4 Jahre) Auszuführende Leistungen - Für die Baumaßnahme Pergamonmuseum auf der Museumsinsel in Berlin Mitte, sind auf den Flächen der Museumshöfe (MUH) und der Museumsinsel (MUI), im Zeitraum von 2026 - 2030 (4 Jahre), Reinigungsleistungen zu erbringen. Des Weiteren ist in der Wintersaison (4 Jahre) in beiden v.g. Bereichen, der Winterdienst (Schnee- /und Eisberäumung), durchzuführen. - Die Größe der Reinigungsflächen auf den MUH beträgt ca. 6.000 m2 Die Größe der Reinigungsflächen auf der MUI beträgt ca. 3.500 m2 - Die Reinigung erfolgt mit Saug-/Kehrmaschinen. Anteilig sind jedoch Handreinigungen durchzuführen Der Anteil der Handreinigung an der Fläche von 6.000 m2 auf den MUH beträgt ca. 600 m2 Der Anteil der Handreinigung an der Fläche von 3.500 m2 auf der MUI beträgt ca. 900 m2 - Der Reinigungsintervall ist monatlich. Ausgenommen hiervon ist der Winterdienst, der nach Erforderlichkeit auszuführen ist. - Des Weiteren sind monatlich in Kleinbereichen Grünbewüchse (Unkraut, Sämlinge, Büsche etc.), händisch zu entfernen. Termine: Ausführungsbeginn: 09/2026 Ausführungsende: 09/2030
