Description

Das Projekt Griesheim wird in partnerschaftlicher Projektabwicklung entsprechend des Partnerschaftsmodells Wasserstraßen (PmW) ausgeführt. Der mit dieser Leistung zu bindende PmW Manager unterstützt das Projektteam im Rahmen der partnerschaftlichen Projektabwicklung. Der PmW Manager wird mit den drei Projektphasen 0-2 ausgeschrieben und stufenweise beauftragt. Die auf die Projektphase 0 aufbauenden Leistungen werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt beauftragt und enden mit der Fertigstellung des Projektes. Die Leistungen sind notwendig für die nächsten Schritte im Projekt, die Aufstellung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Partnerauswahl des Mehrparteienvertrages für eine partnerschaftliche Projektabwicklung. Der PmW Manager bereitet alle Partner und das Projektteam auf das PmW vor, mit Hilfe von Schulungen und Workshops. Der PmW Manager ist für die partnerschaftliche Projektabwicklung zuständig, der Auftrag beinhaltet Beratungs- und Projektmanagementleistungen. Diese Leistungen sind unterstützend in den Bereichen Organistation, Management, Information, Koordination, Dokumentation, Qualität, Quantiät, Kosten, Finanzierung, Termine, Kapazität, Logistik, Vertragsgestaltung, Versicherung und Workshops vorgesehen.
