Description

Die Messe Berlin GmbH, im Folgenden gleichbedeutend auch Messe Berlin (MB) und Auftraggeber (AG) genannt, schreibt folgende Leistung aus: Projektsteuerungsleistungen in zwei Losen. Hier: Projektsteuerungsleistungen Los 1 Insgesamt besteht die Leistung aus den folgenden zwei Losen: Los 1: Projektsteuerungsleistungen Los 1 Los 2: kleinteilige Projektsteuerungsleistungen Los 2 Die Vergabe der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen erfolgt im Zuge einer Rahmenvertragsvereinbarung mit der Option zur zweimaligen Verlängerung um jeweils zwei Jahre. Vorgabe ist es im Wettbewerb mit zwei Wirtschaftsteilnehmer einen Rahmenvertrag für Los 1 abzuschließen. Die Lose (Los 1 und Los 2) werden an jeweils andere Bieter vergeben (Zuschlagslimitierung). Im Los 1 werden die beiden Bieter mit dem wirtschaftlichsten Angebot bezuschlagt. Das Verfahren zur Ermittlung des insgesamt wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes je Los wird dem Bieter mit der Angebotsaufforderung bekanntgegeben. Bewerber/Bieter können sich für beide Lose bewerben und im Fall der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe auch für beide Lose ein Angebot einreichen. Der Bereich und Bedarfsträger Real Estate & Security ist für die folgenden Aufgaben zuständig: Neubauvorhaben und Sanierung und Erneuerung der Bestandsinfrastruktur Im Rahmen dieser Zuständigkeiten werden in den nächsten Jahren vrsl. diverse bauliche / infrastrukturelle Maßnahmen auf oder im Umkreis des Messegeländes Berlin umgesetzt. Das Los 1 beinhaltet folgende Maßnahmen: - Ersatzneubau multifunktionale Kongresshalle 9, ca. 100 Mio. € netto geschätzte Gesamtkosten - Sanierung der Hallen 18-20 und Palais (Nordeingang) in Abschnitten, gesamt ca. 150 Mio. € netto geschätzte Gesamtkosten - Ausbau der Verkehrsinfrastruktur (Vorstaufläche / Logpoint und Anbindung an das Messegelände ca. 20 Mio. € geschätzte Gesamtkosten - Büroneubau ca. 50 Mio. € geschätzte Gesamtkosten Hierfür braucht die Messe Berlin professionelle Unterstützung durch eine externe Projektsteuerung /-leitung.
