Description

Bei dieser Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung und Modernisierung bestehender haustechnischer Systeme und Anlagen der Uniklinik RWTH Aachen. Die Maßnahme ist genehmigungsfrei. Grundsätzlich werden folgende Systeme und Anlagen planerisch betrachtet und entsprechend saniert, ergänzt sowie modernisiert. Die Maßnahmen werden in 5 Bauabschnitten realisiert. - Alle Ansaugbauwerke (ABW 1 - 8) - Fortlufttürme A5, A6, B5, B6, C1, C2, C6, D1, D2, D3, D6 - Systemzentralen 1 bis 24 - Ertüchtigung und Erweiterung des REKUNetzes für die Gesamtanlage einschließlich Anschluss der o. a. Systemzentralen - Umbau des Heizungsnetzes für die Vorerwärmung (Vorerhitzer-Netz) aufgrund der veränderten Betriebsbedingungen für das allgemeine Heizungsnetz nach dem Bau der Energiezentrale des UKA - Umbau der MSR-Technik für die Gesamtanlage (SDLC-Ring Rechner A) aufgrund der erforderlichen Migration - Erweiterung des Technik-Netzwerks - Erweiterung der Stromversorgung für das Technik-Netzwerk - Erneuerung der MSR-Technik einschließlich Anlagenbilder für die geänderten Anlagenkonstellationen der o. a. Systemzentralen - Anpassung der Elektroinstallation für die o. a. Systemzentralen . Es ist eine Komplettbeauftragung über alle Leistungen vorgesehen. Weitere Angaben hierzu sind dem Vertrag (vgl. Anlage 06) zu entnehmen. Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens sind die erforderlichen Leistungen der "Projektsteuerung und allgemeine Beratung" gem. Beschreibung der Leistungen in der "Projektbeschreibung" Anlage 07 ab Seite 4. Vom Auftragnehmer wird gefordert, die internetbasierte Plattform Conclude/CDE nach den Anforderungen des AG mit Projektleiterrechten zu verwenden.
