Description

Im Projekt ETCS Flensburg - Maschen ist vorgesehen, eine durchgängige Befahrbarkeit des Korridors Dänemark - Maschen mit ETCS herzustellen. Im Rahmen der Verhandlungen mit der EU zum European Deployment Plan (EDP) wurde als Projektziel die Ausrüstung der TEN-Korridore mit ETCS bis spätestens 2030 fixiert. Hierbei soll der TEN-Korridor Scandinavian - Mediterranean (Skandinavien - Mittelmeer) im Abschnitt Padborg/Flensburg - Maschen mit ETCS ausgerüstet werden. Der Korridor Flensburg - Neumünster - Eidelstedt - Rothenburgsort - Hamburg-Harburg - Maschen soll mit ETCS-Level 2 mit Signalen ausgerüstet werden. Für die Ausrüstung mit ETCS Level 2 sind in einer ersten Bauphase die vorhandenen Relaisstellwerke durch ESTW/DSTW zu ersetzen. Die vorhandenen ESTW-Z/UZ in Flensburg, Neumünster, Elmshorn, Eidelstedt, Rothenburgsort, Wilhelmsburg und Harburg sowie die jeweils angeschlossenen ESTW-A und alle zugehörigen Bedienplätze müssen hinsichtlich der Anwendung ETCS hochgerüstet werden. In der zweiten Bauphase erfolgt dann die Ausrüstung mit ETCS L2. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die Planungsabschnitte 0, 1 und 2, welche die Stellbereiche der zukünftigen RBC Flensburg und RBC Neumünster umfassen. Es ist zu beachten, dass der PA 0 kaufmännisch von den PA 1 und PA 2 zu trennen ist, jedoch alle ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sinngemäß für den PA 0 gelten. Die Bauleistungen umfassen alle notwendigen Maßnahmen zur Herstellung der ETCS-Ausrüstung in diesem Bereich. Dazu gehören u.a.: - RBC Neubauten in Flensburg und Neumünster - ESTW Neubauten in Schleswig, Owschlag, Rendsburg, Osterrönfeld und Wrist - Blockanpassungen in die Nachbarbetriebsstellwerke der DB und auch Padborg (BDK), Seemühlen (AKN) - Neubau von sechs BÜ, eine Aufhebung und Anpassung vorhandener BÜ - Neubau von zwei FBOA / HOA - Neubau von GSM-R Stationen und Anpassung vorhandener GSM-R Stationen - Neubau von LWL-Kabeln - Kabeltiefbau im gesamten Bereich - Neubau / Anpassungen der Stromversorgung an den Standorten der neuen ESTW, BÜ-Neubauten, neuen HOA, neuen GSM-R Stationen - Anpassung / Neubau EWHA im gesamten Bereich - Ausrüstung aller Anlagen im Bereich der ESTW-Z Neumünster und ESTW-Z Flensburg mit DB MAS (auch die EWHA) - Herstellung Regelwerkskonformität bestehender LST-Anlagen - Anpassungen der Bestandsanlage LST auf Grundlage der Anwendungsbedingungen ETCS L2 - Neubau SIA / Signalbrücken / Sondersignale (Rendsburger-Hochbrücke) - Ausrüstung der Modulgebäude mit EMA / BMA / ISS / ÜT - Repeater in Eckernförde - Hochbau Modulgebäude - Herstellung der ETCS Transition Dänemark (BDK) / Deutschland (DB) am Grenzübergang Flensburg / Padborg (Strecke 1000) (IBN in zwei Stufen: 1. L2oS Bf. Padborg durch BDK, 2. L2mS Strecke 1000 durch DB) - Anpassungen in ESTW-Z Flensburg und ESTW-Z Neumünster (u. a. Stromversorgung, Brandschutz, Klimatechnik, zus. Bedienplätze) - Montage der Balisen im gesamten Streckenbereich - Test-, Erpobungs- und Abnahmefahrten für ETCS - Rückbau der Altverkabelung im gesamten Bereich - Austausch Iso-Stöße durch Passschienen nach IBN ESTW
