Landeshauptstadt München ­ Projektsteuerung ­ Generalinstandsetzung Brudermühlbrücke Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Projektsteuerung für die Handlungsbereiche A-E in den Projektstufen 1 bis 5 nach AHO Heft Nr. 9 für das Projekt Generalinstandsetzung der Brudermühlbrücke (BW 33/4A, 33/4B, 33/4C). Die Leistungen umfassen die vollständige, fachlich­-inhaltliche und organisatorische Begleitung des Projekts über die gesamte Laufzeit bis zum Projektabschluss. Die Brudermühlbrücke ist eine siebenstreifige Straßenbrücke über die Isar im Zuge des Mittleren Rings (B2R) und verbindet die Stadtteile Sendling und Untergiesing-Harlaching. Das Gesamtbauwerk besteht aus zwei Straßenbrücken (Baujahre 1969 und 1988) sowie einer Fußgängerunterführung. Auf Grundlage der Bauwerksprüfungen und Gutachten besteht ein umfassender Instandsetzungsbedarf. Wesentliche Maßnahmen sind u. a.: - Erneuerung der Fahrbahnübergangskonstruktionen, - Erneuerung der Bauwerksabdichtungen sowie der Kappen und Gesimsbalken - Erneuerung des Brückengeländers - Optimierung der Entwässerung (Rinnensysteme) - Neubau von Widerlagertreppen Außerdem wird derzeit im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie geprüft, ob die im Bauwerk befindlichen Sparten in einen Spartendüker unterhalb der Isar verlegt werden können. Die Gesamtmaßnahme ist verkehrlich hochsensibel. Aufgrund der hohen Verkehrslast auf dem Mittleren Ring ist eine bauzeitliche Verkehrsführung mit möglichst hoher Leistungsfähigkeit je Fahrtrichtung anzustreben. Sperrungen sind nur zeitlich begrenzt möglich. Das Projekt ist eng mit Maßnahmen an benachbarten Isarbrücken (Wittelsbacher Brücke, Thalkirchner Brücke) abzustimmen Weitere besondere Anforderungen: - Lage im Landschaftsschutzgebiet „Isarauen“ und Natura-2000-Gebiet „Oberes Isartal“ - Spartenbetroffenheiten (Fernwärme, Gas, Strom, Wasser, Telekommunikation) - Koordination vieler Stakeholder: interne Stakeholder: Mobilitätsreferat, Referat für Klima und Umweltschutz,, Baureferat (Tiefbau, Ingenieurbau, Gartenbau, Zuwendung und Vergaben), Sozialreferat, Kulturreferat sowie externe Stakholder: SWM, MVG, MSE, Spartenträger, WWA, Rettungsdienste) Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Projektsteuerung für die Handlungsbereiche A-E in den Projektstufen 1 bis 5 nach AHO Heft Nr. 9 für das Projekt Generalinstandsetzung der Brudermühlbrücke (BW 33/4A, 33/4B, 33/4C).
