Vergabeverfahren Baustellenlogistikplanung für die Baustufe 1 des Neubaus der Krankenversorgung mit OTU Notfall & Trauma, OTU Herz & Lunge und OTU Kopf & Nerven der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover (MHH) am Stadtfelddamm in Hannover Die Baustufe 1 soll technisch autark vom maroden und sanierungsbedürftigen Bestand betrieben werden können. Durch diesen Ansatz sollen moderne Betriebskonzepte der Medizin, der Infrastruktur, der Logistik und der Technik umgesetzt werden. Im Weiteren soll durch diesen Ansatz die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, den maroden Bestand zu sanieren, Gebäude abzureißen oder umzunutzen, ohne dass dadurch der zukünftige Neubau der Baustufe 1 beeinträchtigt wird.Innerhalb der Bauabschnittsplanung (kurz: BAP) sind folgende Bestandteile als Vorgabe zu betrachten und sind nicht weiter zu prüfen und zu konkretisieren: 1. Standort/Lage des Baufelds 2. Autarkie der BS1 = Zwei-Standorte-Prinzip 3. Anzahl der Betten 4. Anzahl der OP-Säle 5. Zuschnitt der OTUs (Zuordnung der Fachdisziplinen) 6. Die für die Baustufe 1 vorgesehenen Funktionen/Funktionsstellen sowie die Funktionen/Funktionsstellen, die im Bestand bleiben und/oder in weiteren potenziellen Baustufen vorgesehen sind.
