Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an AHO/DVP, Heft 9, März 2020 und Heft 19, Januar 2018, mit zugehörigen BIM-Managementleistungen, Projektstufen 1 bis 5 für den Neubau Regionalversorger der Kliniken Ostalb am Standort Essingen. Der Umfang der vom Auftragnehmer zu erbringenden Leistungen ergibt sich aus dem Projektsteuerungsvertrag inkl. BIM-Management und den Anlagen. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Vertragsbestandteile mit der Sachkunde eines erfahrenen Projektsteuerers sorgfältig auf Widersprüche, Lücken, Fehler, Unstimmigkeiten und Unklarheiten zu prüfen und den Auftraggeber auf solche unverzüglich schriftlich hinzuweisen. Dabei stimmen die Vertragsparteien überein, dass diese Verpflichtung auch bereits im Stadium der Vertragsanbahnung gegolten hat.
