Description

Am Standort Köln Merheim plant der Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR) die bauliche Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden forensisch psychiatrischen Klinik. Hintergrund ist, dass das derzeit genutzte Gebäude den aktuellen baulichen und funktionalen Anforderungen nicht mehr entspricht und dauerhaft überbelegt ist. Vorgesehen ist die Realisierung einer forensisch psychiatrischen Klinik durch einen Neubau in konventioneller Bauweise unter Einbeziehung des bestehenden Gebäudes, das erhalten und gegebenenfalls weitergenutzt werden soll. Das Vorhaben umfasst sowohl eine quantitative Erweiterung der Platzzahl und die Anpassung der Raumgrößen als auch eine qualitative und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der forensischen Versorgung. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen für das Vorhaben Forensik Köln-Merheim, und zwar - Projektsteuerungsleistungen entsprechend dem Leistungsbild gemäß § 2 des Abschnitts 2 von Heft Nr.9 "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft - Standards für Leistungen und Vergütung" der AHO-Schriftenreihe, 6. Auflage Mai 2025) und - Ergänzende (Besondere) Projektsteuerungsleistungen Mit Vertragsschluss wird der Auftragnehmer zunächst mit den Leistungen der Projektstufen 1 und 2 betraut. Die stufenweise Beauftragung erfolgt, um in der Leistungsphase 2 zunächst eine Bauvoranfrage durchzuführen und deren Ergebnis abzuwarten, bevor über die Fortführung des Vorhabens in den nachfolgenden Projektstufen entschieden wird. Die Leistungen der Projektstufen 3 bis 5 können von der Auftraggeberin nachträglich insgesamt oder einzeln beauftragt werden.
