Die RKH Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH plant am Klinikstandort in Bietigheim die Erweiterung und Neuordnung klinischer Kernfunktionen. Dies betrifft die Umstrukturierung und Erweiterung der Zentralen Notaufnahme und die Neuerrichtung des Herzkatheterlabors. Hierzu vergibt der Auftraggeber die Grundleistungen für die Projektsteuerung, Projektstufen 1 bis 5, Handlungsbereiche A bis E sowie bestimmte besondere Leistungen gemäß AHO-Heft Nr. 9 / 2020. Die RKH Kliniken Ludwigsburg-Bietigheim gGmbH plant, die bauliche und technische Infrastruktur am Klinikstandort in Bietigheim gezielt weiterzuentwickeln, um die medizinische Leistungsfähigkeit dauerhaft zu sichern und insbesondere auch die erweiterte Notfallversorgung gemäß den Regelungen des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses (G-BA) sicherzustellen. Kern des Vorhabens ist die Erweiterung und die funktionale Neuordnung der Zentralen Notaufnahme sowie die Errichtung eines Herzkatheterlabors auf dem Grundstück der Riedstraße 12 in 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in mehreren, eng aufeinander abgestimmten, Bauabschnitten und ist auf die Projekte BTBI2602 Umstrukturierung und Erweiterung Zentrale Notaufnahme (ZNA) und BTBI2603 Neuerrichtung Herzkatheterlabor (HKL) aufgeteilt. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die Grundleistungen für die Projektsteuerung, Projektstufen 1 bis 5, Handlungsbereiche A bis E sowie bestimmte besondere Leistungen gemäß AHO-Heft Nr. 9 / 2020. Im weiteren Verlauf ist vorgesehen, die Bauleistungen in losweiser Vergabe zu vergeben.
