Das Projekt „The Green Between - Wo Wanderlust auf Mikroabenteuer und digitale Inspiration trifft“ zielt darauf ab, die bestehende Wanderinfrastruktur in der Elfringhauser Schweiz aufzuwerten und touristisch zu qualifizieren, wobei der Fokus auf einer ausgewogenen Besucherlenkung liegt und die Schaffung von (weiteren) Hotspot-Räumen vermieden werden soll. Typische, regional-authentische Angebote der Region sollen in das Wandererlebnis integriert werden und inspirierende Mikroabenteuer ergänzen dieses sinnvoll und zielgruppengerecht. Ebenfalls vorgesehen ist die Entwicklung und Darstellung der Angebote im Rahmen von digitalen Diensten, wobei hier ein innovativer Ansatz aufgrund lückenhafter Netzabdeckung in dem Gebiet der Elfringhauser Schweiz angestrebt wird. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist es einen Partner zu gewinnen, der den Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis bei der Umsetzung und Abrechnung des Förderprojektes beratend wie auch aktiv unterstützt. Dabei steht neben der Konzeptionierung der Projektumsetzung, die vergabereife Vorbereitung der zur Projektumsetzung notwendigen Vergabeunterlagen (die Vergaben selber erfolgen durch den Auftraggeber) sowie der fachlichen Betreuung im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens im Vordergrund. Zum Ende des vergangenen Jahres wurden dem Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis zur Umsetzung des Projekts Fördermittel aus dem EFRE Erlebnis-NRW Programm bewilligt. Die Bewilligung der Fördermittel bezieht sich auf einen Zeitraum vom 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2028 innerhalb dessen das Projekt in Gänze realisiert werden muss (Bewilligungszeitraum). Für den ausgeschriebenen Auftrag steht ein Budget in Höhe von maximal 93.600 € brutto zur Verfügung. Durch diese Summe müssen alle dem Bieter für seine Aufgabenerfüllung notwendigerweise entstehenden Kosten für u.a. Personal, Nebenkosten (Betrieb, Reisekosten) abgedeckt werden.
