Erneuerung der Audiotechnik im rbb Studio Cottbus Der rbb, im Folgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt, beabsichtigt, im Zuge der Harmonisierung der Studiotechnik seiner Radiowellen die im Studio Cottbus veraltete Mischpult- und Kreuzschienentechnik durch moderne Komponenten des Herstellers DHD zu ersetzen. Im Hörfunkbereich müssen zwei Selbstfahrerstudios, ein Produktionsstudio und ein Reporterarbeitsplatz mit neuen Mischpulten ausgestattet werden. Im FS-Bereich müssen eine FS-Regie und FS-Schnittplätze umgerüstet werden. Das Konzept soll sich an den bereits bewährten Lösungen bei den Wellen radioeins, Fritz und Antenne Brandenburg orientieren. Für die Durchführung des Projekts wird der AG einen Bieter, im folgenden Auftragnehmer (AN) genannt, mit der Ausführung der nachfolgend beschriebenen Leistungen beauftragen: - Rückbau der alten nicht mehr benötigten Technik - Entfernen der nicht mehr benötigten, raumübergreifenden Verkabelung - Erneuerung der Mischpulthardware - Teilweise Erneuerung der Studiomöbel - Einbau der neuen Studiotechnik in die Möbel und Racks - Verkabelung der Geräte - Realisierung aller Schnittstellen zur vorhandenen Technik - Installation und betriebsfertige Übergabe der neuen Technik im Verbund mit den verbliebenen Komponenten - Prüfung der gesamten Installation inkl. Prüfprotokoll - Lieferung einer kompletten Dokumentation, inkl. Zeichnungen und Kabellisten Das Angebot muss sämtliche zur Realisierung des Projekts notwendigen Leistungen und Geräte umfassen. Der AN trägt im Rahmen der ausgeschriebenen Anforderungen die Verantwortung für ein funktionsfähiges Gesamtkonzept. Die Gestaltung der Studios hat die allgemein anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen, arbeitsmedizinischen und ergonomischen Regeln in vollem Umfang zu erfüllen.
