Description

Abholung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Briefpost national/international/PZA. Es wird hierbei davon ausgegangen, dass sich die Bieter/Bietergemeinschaften im Rahmen der Briefbeförderung bei Teilleistungen der Dienste der Deutschen Post AG gemäß § 15 Abs. 1 i. V. m. § 54 Abs. 1 PostG bedienen. Dies ist ausdrücklich zugelassen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Für diese Teilleistungen finden im Gegensatz zu den grundsätzlichen Regelungen der Vergabeunterlagen der Auftraggeberin die AGB der Deutschen Post AG Anwendung. Bei Vertragsabschluss sind diese Teilleistungsverträge vorzulegen. Niederlegungsstellen i. S. d. §181 ZPO sind keine Nachunternehmer. Die geschätzte Abnahmemenge beträgt 3.389.800 Sendungen. Die Höchstabnahmemenge beträgt 4.406.740 Sendungen. Die Vergabe erfolgt in 5 Losen. Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn: 01.11.2026 Es handelt sich um die Abholung am Standort Freiburg und Beförderung von Briefsendungen bis zu einem Einzelgewicht von 1.000 g und Zustellung der Sendungen international und im gesamten deutschen Bundesgebiet einschließlich Dialogpost. Ebenfalls umfasst ist die Anlieferung der Post aus dem Postfach des Auftraggebers am Standort Freiburg.; Es handelt sich um die Abholung am Standort Karlsruhe und Beförderung von Briefsendungen bis zu einem Einzelgewicht von 1.000 g und Zustellung der Sendungen international und im gesamten deutschen Bundesgebiet.
