Description

Briefbeförderung aus Zentraldruck Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Abholung, Sortierung (gegebenenfalls Frankierung), Beförderung und Zustellung der täglich anfallenden adressierten Briefsendungen aus dem Zentraldruck der AOK Baden-Württemberg gemäß den Bestimmungen des Postgesetzes (PostG) in der Fassung vom 18.7.2024 sowie der Leistungsbeschreibung. Bei der Tagespost handelt es sich ausschließlich um Briefsendungen gemäß § 16 Abs. 1, Ziffer 1. und Ziffer 4. PostG (Universaldienstleistung). Presseerzeugnisse und inhaltsgleiche Massensendungen mit verlängerten Zustellfristen sind nicht Bestandteil der Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Auftrag wird in vier Losen vergeben. Bewerber können beliebig für jedes Los einzeln, für mehrere Lose oder für alle Lose ein Angebot abgeben. Los 1 ("BaWü Nord"): Die Zieladressen liegen in den Leitregionen 70, 71, und 72. Das Sendungsvolumen umfasst ca. 3.730.000 Tagespost-Sendungen pro Jahr. Los 2 ("BaWü West"): Die Zieladressen liegen in den Leitregionen 78 und 79. Das Sendungsvolumen umfasst ca. 2.100.000 Tagespost-Sendungen pro Jahr Los 3 ("BaWü Ost"): Die Zieladressen liegen in den Leitregionen 88 und 89. Das Sendungsvolumen umfasst ca. 1.550.000 Tagespost-Sendungen pro Jahr. Los 4 ("Rest BRD"): Die Zieladressen liegen in den Leitregionen 01 - 69, 73 - 77, 80 - 87, 90 - 99 und im Ausland. Das Sendungsvolumen umfasst ca. 7.400.000 Tagespost-Sendungen pro Jahr. Das jährliche Briefvolumen über alle Lose beläuft sich durchschnittlich auf ca. 14.800.000 Briefsendungen. Die Zustellung beim Empfänger erfolgt grundsätzlich im Inland. In geringem Umfang sind Auslandsbriefe zu befördern.
