Description

Auftragsgegenstand ist die werktägliche (Montag bis einschließlich Freitag) Postfachleerung und -anlieferung der Briefe an die jeweiligen Dienststellen der TK sowie die tägliche Abholung der Ausgangspost, deren Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung (bundesweit und ins Ausland) von Briefsendungen im Gewichtsbereich bis 1000 g sowie von Briefsendungen ab 1.001 g bis 2.000 g (z.B. Maxibrief Plus). Ebenfalls müssen Einschreiben und Postzustellungsaufträge (PZA) durch den Briefdienstleister abgeholt sowie deren Beförderung und Zustellung sichergestellt werden. Die Sendungen müssen in der richtigen Höhe frankiert (freigemacht) werden. Vom Auftrag umfasst ist die Ausgangspost von Dienststellen der TK in Essen, Duisburg, Mönchengladbach, Düsseldorf und Bochum. Das maximale Auftragsvolumen (Höchstwert) der über diesen Rahmenvertrag abrufbaren vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen beträgt 120 % Prozent des Angebotsvergleichspreises (vgl. § 2 des Vertrages) für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit.
