Description

Abholung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Briefpost national/international/PZA. Es wird hierbei davon ausgegangen, dass sich die Bieter/Bietergemeinschaften im Rahmen der Briefbeförderung bei Teilleistungen der Dienste der Deutschen Post AG gemäß § 15 Abs. 1 i. V. m. § 54 Abs. 1 PostG bedienen. Dies ist ausdrücklich zugelassen, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Für diese Teilleistungen finden im Gegensatz zu den grundsätzlichen Regelungen der Vergabeunterlagen der Auftraggeberin die AGB der Deutschen Post AG Anwendung. Bei Vertragsabschluss sind diese Teilleistungsverträge vorzulegen. Niederlegungsstellen i. S. d. §181 ZPO sind keine Nachunternehmer. Die Vergabe erfolgt in 4 Losen. Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn: 01.09.2026 Jährlich etwa (Los 1, Standard national und international): Standardbrief bis 20 g national: 13.000.000, Standardbrief bis 20 g international: 140.000. Eine Abnahmegarantie ist hiermit nicht verbunden; Jährlich etwa (Los 2, Kompakt/Groß/Maxibrief national und international): Kompaktbrief bis 50 g national: 550.000, Großbrief bis 500 g national: 90.000, Maxibrief bis 1000 g national: 3.500, Kompaktbrief bis 50 g international: 5.000, Großbrief bis 500 g international: 1.000, Maxibrief bis 1000 g international: 1.000. Eine Abnahmegarantie ist hiermit nicht verbunden.; Jährlich etwa (Los 3, Dialogpost national): Dialogpost bis 20 g: 750.000. Eine Abnahmegarantie ist hiermit nicht verbunden.; Jährlich etwa (Los 4, Postzustellungsaufträge): PZA: 150.000. Eine Abnahmegarantie ist hiermit nicht verbunden
