Description

Der Auftraggeber (AG) beabsichtigt die Vergabe seiner Hybridpost. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die digitale Verarbeitung, der Druck und die physische Zustellung von Briefsendungen und Einschreiben sowie die förmliche Zustellung von Schriftstücken nach Zustellungsauftrag mit Zustellungsurkunde gemäß den Vorschriften der Zivilprozessordung, §§ 166, 176 ff. ZPO und des Verwaltungszustellungsgesetzes für das Land Rheinland-Pfalz jeweils in der aktuellen Fassung sowie die hoheitliche Beurkundung der Zustellung und dessen elektronischer Rücklauf. Dabei werden die Briefe als digitales Dokument vom AG bereitgestellt, vom Auftragnehmer (AN) abgerufen, gedruckt, kuvertiert und ggf. frankiert sowie für den Postversand vorbereitet und durch Briefzusteller dem Empfänger zugestellt. Druck und Kuvertieren müssen in einem geschlossenen Prozess erfolgen, damit ein Lesen der Inhalte durch natürliche Personen ausgeschlossen ist. Der AG beabsichtigt die Vergabe seiner Hybridpost.
