Die Bahnen der Stadt Monheim GmbH (BSM) plant die Errichtung eines neuen Betriebshofes inkl. Verwaltungsgebäude, Werkstatt, überdachten Abstellplätzen für die Busse, Ladeinfrastruktur auf einer ca. 21.000 qm großen Fläche. Die Planungs- und Bauleistungen sollen durch einen Totalübernehmer erbracht werden, der insbesondere die Fachplanungsleistungen in Bezug auf die verschiedenen Module des Betriebshofes koordiniert und integriert. Im Hinblick auf die unterschiedlichen planerischen und baulichen Anforderungen werden folgende Module des neuen Betriebshofes identifiziert: 1. Verwaltungsgebäude 2. Werkstatthalle mit überdachtem Abstellplatz für die Busse 3. Ladeinfrastruktur (ca. 40 Ladeplätze à 150 kW) Für das Verwaltungsgebäude (1) erfolgt die Wärme- und Energieversorgung optional über ein Contracting-Modell mit dem örtlichen Versorger. Für die Ladeinfrastruktur und Mehraufwand bei der Errichtung des Betriebshofes aufgrund Elektromobilität bzw. alternativer Antriebe ist die Beantragung von Fördermitteln beabsichtigt. Der abzuschließende Projektvertrag wird daher für die förderfähigen Bestandteile vorsehen, dass nur die Planungsleistungen bis zur Erstellung des Fördererantrages (entspricht im wesentlichen Leistungsphase 3) unbedingt beauftragt werden, alle weiteren Beauftragungen von der Entscheidung des Fördergebers abhängig sind und damit stufenweise erfolgen.
