Der Auftrag umfasst Planungsleistungen nach § 53 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI - Werkstattplanung, ALG 7, Leistungsphasen 1-9 für das Staatliche Berufliche Schulzentrum Wiesau - Ersatzneubau Werkstätten. Im Zuge einer Machbarkeitsstudie wurde eine Generalsanierung des Bestandes der Werkstätten (Baujahr: 1960 - 1981) sowie ein Ersatzneubau der zukünftigen Praxisräume untersucht. Mit Abschluss der Studie konnte aufgrund der Bestandsbeurteilung eine wirtschaftliche Generalsan-ierung wegen erheblicher Mängel beim Brandschutz, fehlender Barrierefreiheit, mangelhafter Energieeffizienz, Bauschäden im Tragwerk sowie dem zukünftig benötigten Raumbedarf ausge-schlossen werden, weshalb ein Ersatzneubau im Osten des bestehenden Schulgeländes ver-wirklicht werden soll. Für die Machbarkeitsstudie waren Fachplanungsansätze noch nicht integriert. Die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme soll während des laufenden Schulbetriebes, mithilfe mehrerer Bauabschnitte erfolgen. In den Praxisbereichen Holz, Bau, Metall und KFZ soll eine neue Nutzungsfläche (NUF 1 - 6) von 7.593 m² geschaffen werden. Aktuell beinhaltet der geplante Neubau zusätzlich eine Mensa (Erd- und Obergeschoss) sowie ein Lehrerzimmer (Obergeschoss) und schließt deshalb mit ei-ner Bruttogrundfläche von 10.425 m² ab. Der Neubau für die Bereiche Holz, Bau, Metall, Mono, Mensa und Lehrer soll zweigeschossig erstellt werden. Der KFZ-Bereich ist nur eingeschossig im Erdgeschoss vorgesehen. Die Fertigstellung der Werkstätten ist aktuell für das Jahr 2035 geplant. Für das Vorhaben sind die Planungsleistungen nach § 53 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 - Werkstattplanung, ALG 7, LPH 1-9 zu erbringen. Für die Maßnahme wird ein Förderantrag nach FAG zu stellen sein. Der AG beabsichtigt die Baumaßnahme als Generalunternehmerleistung mit gewerkeweiser Leistungsbeschreibung auszuschreiben. Die Entscheidung darüber ist nach LPH 3 noch mit der Förderstelle abzustimmen.
