Description

Landschaftsbau und Sportplatzbauarbeiten Nordpark Die Stadt Offenburg beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines Sportparks südlich von Offenburg. Im Fokus steht die Gestaltung eines verbindenden und sich in die Landschaft einfügenden Ortes der Bewegung als Parklandschaft, welcher sowohl vielfältige und vereinssportorientierte als auch vereinsungebundene sportliche und regenerative Angebote für verschiedenste Altersgruppen bereitstellt. Das neue Stadion inkl. der Tribünen, Funktionsgebäude und Trainingsplätze wird integraler und selbstverständlicher Bestandteil dieser Landschaft. Wegeachsen durchziehen das Areal in Nord-Süd- und Ost-West-Richtung. Als Mittelpunkt des Sportparks ist das neue OFV-Stadion in die landschaftlich modellierte Rasen- und Wiesenböschung eingebettet und mit ihr verzahnt. Durch die Verwendung von Obst- und Wildobstgehölzen wird das Bild der Kulturlandschaft in die Parklandschaft übertragen. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erstellung des zweiten Teilbereiches "Nordpark" des Sportparks. Die Leistung umfasst die Erstellung des Stadionspielfeldes mit Wallanlage und Stehtribüne sowie die Erstellung des Vorplatzbereiches, Versickerungsmulden, Bolzplatz (Ausführung als Kunstrasenplatz). Ergänzend zu den Flächen des Stadions umfasst die Ausschreibung die Herstellung der östlichen Parkteile sowie der Versickerungsmulden im Norden. Außerdem die Herstellung der Beleuchtung, Einbau von Entwässerungseinrichtung sowie Flutlicht im Stadionbereich, übergeordnete Arbeiten wie Baustelleneinrichtung, Fertigstellungs- und Entwicklungspflege.
