Neubau Mobilitätszentrum Canvas+, Planungsleistungen Objektplanung Planungsleistungen Objektplanung Lp 1-9, zunächst Lp1-3 Im Sanierungsgebiet Bahnhof-Schlachthof in Offenburg entsteht mit dem Projekt CANVAS+ ein hochwertiges gewerbliches Quartier, indem in erster Linie Betriebe und Start-up-Unternehmen aus der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft ideale Bedingungen vorfinden sollen, welches aber außerdem von Gastronomie, Kinderbetreuung und weiteren Einrichtungen flankiert wird. In das Gebiet wird der bestehende und prägende Schlachthof mit seinen teils denkmalgeschützten Elementen städtebaulich und funktional integriert und bildet als Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaftszentrum den Mittelpunkt des Quartiers. Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Cluster erfolgt abschnittsweise, erste detaillierte Planungen und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen haben bereits begonnen. Die für das Entwicklungsgebiet notwendigen Kfz- und Rad-Stellplätze sollen in einer zentralen Anlage (Mobilitätszentrum) angeordnet werden. Die geplante Anlage soll innovativ, aber auch klimafreundlich sein sowie weitere Mobilitätsangebote neben dem reinen Stellplatzangebot vorhalten. Zudem soll sich die geplante Anlage flexibel und anpassungsfähig im Bau und Grundriss darstellen.
