Description

Der erste Gebäudekomplex der Marien-Grundschule Tirschenreuth wurde imJanuar 1955 eingeweiht. 1994 bis 2000 fand eine Generalsanierung statt. Die Schule wurdefür die Erfordernisse der Gegenwart „fit gemacht“. Im Zuge der Erweiterung der GrundschuleTirschenreuth um einen Ganztagsbereich wird der Austausch der bestehenden Gasheizunggeplant, die im Jahr 1983 installiert wurde. Ziel ist es, die alte Heizungsanlage durch einmodernes, nachhaltiges Heizsystem zu ersetzen, umden Energieverbrauch zu reduzieren undeinen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz zu leisten.•Dabei sollen folgende Punkte berücksichtigtwerden:•Demontage der alten Gasheizung aus dem Jahr 1983•Planung und Installation einesneuen, nachhaltigen Heizsystems (z. B. Wärmepumpe, Biomasse, Solarthermie o.ä.)•Integration des neuen Systems in die bestehende Gebäudestruktur•Berücksichtigungenergieeffizienter und umweltfreundlicher Technologien•Einhaltung aller relevantenVorschriften und Standards Für das Projekt Marienschule Tirschenreuth - Umbau Feuerwehrhaus zu einerGanztageseinrichtung werden Grundleistungen nach HOAI im Bereich der Fachplanungtechnische Ausrüstung (ELT) gemäß HOAI 2021 Teil 4, Abschnitt 2, § 53 Anlagengruppen 4, 5und 6 benötigt.Es werden Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 (ohne Leistungsphase)vergeben.
