Description

Die Gemeinde Dümmer beabsichtigt aufgrund demografischer Veränderungen und bestehender baulicher und brandschutztechnischer Mängel den Umbau und die Sanierung der bestehenden Kindertagesstätte „Seepferdchen“. Derzeit werden alle drei Geschosse des Vorderhauses, ein Teil des hofseitigen Gebäudes und der neue Verbinder von der KITA genutzt. Ein weiterer Teil des hofseitigen Gebäudes wird durch die Gemeinde genutzt. Diese Nutzung soll zukünftig entfallen und der Gebäudeanteil dann der KITA zugeordnet werden. Die geplante Kindertagesstätte ist für die Betreuung von 55 Kindern ausgelegt. Die Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Bereiche stellt sich dabei wie folgt dar: - 10 Krippenkinder - 45 Kindergartenkinder, davon jeweils 3 Gruppen mit je 15 Kindern Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Ingenieurleistungen gemäß HOAI 2021 Teil 4 Fachplanung, Abschnitt 2 Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1-3, Leistungsphasen 1 - 4, Leistungsphase 5-8 optional (Stufenvertrag) Die Beauftragung der Stufe 1 (LPH 1-4) erfolgt sofort, die Beauftragung der Stufe 2 (LPH 5-8) erfolgt nach Bewilligung von Fördermitteln. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf die Beauftragung der Stufe 2 besteht nicht.
