(IBF), Das Neubauvorhaben liegt auf dem Campus "Im Neuenheimer Feld" in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Kopfklinik. Im Gebäude werden schwerpunktmäßig Tierhaltungsbereiche und dazugehörige Laboratorien untergebracht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist im Landeseigentum. Auf Basis einer durch den Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg, durchgeführten städtebaulichen Machbarkeitsstudie gibt es einen städtebaulichen Rahmenentwurf, der zusätzlich durch die Masterplanung Neuenheimer Feld ergänzt wird. Diese sind als Grundlage zu berücksichtigen. Für die Bauaufgabe ist eine Kostenvorgabe in Höhe von ca. 93.760.000 Euro (brutto) vorgesehen. In dieser sind die Bauwerkskosten (Kostengruppen 300 und 400 nach DIN 276-1:2018-12) in Höhe von rd. 89.760.000 Euro (brutto) zuzüglich Sonderkosten (Verbau, Erweiterung Infrastrukturkanal, Aquathermie, Ringschluss Kälteversorgungsleitungen und Technikanbindung Bestand) in Höhe von rd. 4.000.000 Euro (brutto) enthalten. Nicht berücksichtigt sind hierbei die Kosten für mögliche Baupreis- und Bauherrenrisiken. Bauwerks- und Sonderkosten ergeben den maximalen Kostenrahmen. Der Baubeginn ist für das erste Quartal 2029 geplant. BIM Projektplanung und -koordination ist gefordert. Ein BIM-Management wird eingerichtet. Das Projekt soll sich am Leitfadens Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB), Stand Silber, orientieren, jedoch nicht zertifiziert werden. Mit den für die 2. Stufe des Verfahrens ausgewählten Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern sollen Auftragsespräche durchgeführt werden. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ''https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/'', abzugeben.
