Description

Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung von Leistungen des Infrastrukturplanung für den Neubau der Baustufe 1 - NIKO "Notaufnahme, Intensivmedizin, Krankenpflege und Operationszentrum" sowie Baustufe 2 - ELKI "Eltern-Kind-Zentrum" der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen. Weitere Details können der Leistungsbeschreibung entnommen werden. Die Planung des Baukörpers für das Bauprojekt BS1 befindet sich bereits in der Leistungsphase 5 der Ausführungsplanung. Die Planung des Baukörpers für das Bauprojekt BS2 befindet sich bereits in der Leistungsphase 3 der Entwurfsplanung. Für beide Baustufen bereits folgende wesentliche Planungsverträge abgeschlossen: Generalplaner für den Hoch- und Tiefbau (GP HTB) im Wesentlichen LPH 2-5 Generalplaner für den Technischen Ausbau (GP TA) im Wesentlichen LPH 2-5 Baumanagement (BM) im Wesentlichen LPH 6-8 Hinzu kommen noch weitere Fachplaner (z. B. Betriebsorganisationsplanung etc.) sowie diverse Sachverständige und Gutachter (z. B. Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator [SiGeKo], Bodengutachten, Hygiene etc.). Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung ist die Infrastrukturplanung LPH 2-5 der erforderlichen Medientrasse für die Baustufe 1 + 2. Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
