Description

Das Leistungsbild umfasst die betriebsorganisatorische Planung für die Erstellung der Unterlage Bauabschnittsplanung der Baustufe 4 (nachfolgend als BS 4 BAP bezeichnet) mit Zielsetzung der Abgabe einer - mit den Nutzern konsentierten - Unterlage. Nähere Informationen zur Vereinbarung der Zentralen Steuerung, der Gesellschaften sowie zum Projekt "Baustufe 4" sind dem Dokument TNW_Anlage_01_Projektbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Weitere Leistungen zur Erstellung der Bauabschnittsplanung werden durch die BauG UMG übernommen (siehe Tabelle 1). Nach erfolgter Abgabe der BS 4 BAP bei der Dachgesellschaft Bauvorhaben Hochschulmedizin Niedersachsen (DBHN) werden im Rahmen der Prüfung der Unterlage ggf. Abstimmungen erforderlich. Weiterhin besteht ggf. auch nach erfolgreicher Abgabe der BS 4 BAP Unterstützung für nicht vorhersehbare Beratungsleistungen zu weiterführenden Prozessabstimmungen etc. Der Auftragsgegenstand unterteilt sich daher in zwei Leistungspakete, wobei die Leistungen des Leistungspakets 2 optional beauftragt werden, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit und unter Vorbehalt der Förderfähigkeit sowie in Abstimmung auf die jeweiligen Bedarfe. Die einzelnen Leistungspakete setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: Leistungspaket 1: Erstellung des Betriebsorganisations- und Raumkonzepts für die BS 4 BAP Leistungspaket 2: Beratungsleistungen zu weiterführenden Prozessabstimmungen Im Übrigen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 02) verwiesen.
