Description

Die Kita Sonnenschein in Mengerschied soll energetisch saniert werden. Die Maßnahme wird durch EFRE (Europäische Fonds für regionale Entwicklung) gefördert. Der Bewilligungsbescheid liegt vor. Zum Teil werden auch Maßnahmen zum Hochwasserschutz gefördert. Die Auflagen des Fördergebers sind zu beachten und bei der Umsetzung des Projektes zu berücksichtigen und durch eine detaillierte Dokumentation zu belegen. Im Bestand wird eine Treppe abgebrochen und das Treppenloch geschlossen. Das Projekt muss bis Ende 2027 fertiggestellt und schlussgerechnet sein. Gleichzeitig muss die Kita umgebaut und erweitert werden. Dazu liegt bereits eine genehmigungsreife Planung vor. Vergeben wird bei diesem Verfahren die Planungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI 2021 für die Erweiterung der Kita Sonnenschein in Mengerschied. Die anrechenbaren Kosten belaufen sich bei der Erweiterung wie folgt: Kostengruppe 300 = 755.000,00 € Kostengruppe 400 = 269.642,86 € Die anrechenbaren Kosten für die Tragwerksplanung sind demnach die anteilig addierten (Netto-)Kosten - der Kostengruppe 300 im Sinne der DIN 276 und - der Kostengruppe 400 im Sinne der DIN 276 nach Maßgabe des § 50 HOAI.
