Vergabe der Planungsleistungen für den Ersatzneubau der Trinkwasserhochbehälters Laib in Schwieberdingen Die Gemeinde Schwieberdingen mit fast 12.000 Einwohnern plant ein neues interkommunales Gewerbegebiet „Laiblinger Weg“. Die Gemeinden Schwieberdingen, Hemmingen, Markgröningen und Ditzingen haben dazu 2024 einen Zweckverband zur gemeinsamen Realisierung und zur gemeinsamen Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermarktung des regionalen Gewerbeschwerpunktes und seiner Erweiterungsflächen gegründet. Das Gebiet hat ein Fläche von rund 45 ha und liegt im Norden der Gemeinde zwischen dem Bosch-Areal und der Schnellbahnstrecke der Deutschen Bahn. Auf der Fläche befindet sich der bestehende Hochbehälter Laib. Der HB Laib hat ein Speichervolumen von 1.000 m³ (2 x 500 m³). Im Rahmen eines Strukturgutachtens wurde die Bautechnik des HB Laib als „vorrangig sanierungsbedürftig“ eingestuft. Die Speicherraumbilanz des HB Laib zeigt, dass die Speicherraumdeckung bei maximalen Tagesverbrauch eine Unterdeckung zwischen 50 % - 56 % aufweist. Aus diesen Gründen ist ein Ersatzneubau des Hochbehälters unumgänglich. Der Bebauungsplan sieht eine Fläche für den neuen Behälter vor. Diese liegt zum jetzigen Behälter etwas nach Norden versetzt. Der neue HB Laib soll in Ortbetonbauweise ausgeführt werden. Er umfasst 2 Speicherkammern mit jeweils 1.200 m³ Volumen. Bei der Planung soll die Option einer 3. Kammer berücksichtigt werden. Die Gesamtkosten werden auf rund 5,5 Mio. € brutto geschätzt, die reinen Baukosten auf ca. 3,9 Mio. netto. Die für die Realisierung der Maßnahme erforderlichen Planungsleistungen zur Objektplanung sowie der zugehörigen Technischen Ausrüstung und Tragwerksplanung sind Bestandteil dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
