Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach § 53 ff HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI - ELT, ALG 4-6, Leistungsphasen 1-9 für die Errichtung eines Hortgebäudes im Hauptort Hösbach. Zur Sicherstellung des Ganztagsanspruchs plant der Markt Hösbach die Errichtung eines Hortgebäudes an der Schöllkrippener Straße im Hauptort Hösbach. Es ist vorgesehen, den Betrieb über den St. Michael-Verein als Träger sicher zu stellen, der aktuell die Mittagsbetreuung im Schulgebäude gewährleistet. Aufgrund der wachsenden Schülerzahlen sowie den ansteigenden Betreuungszahlen ist eine Bedarfsgerechte Betreuung erforderlich, die im Schulgebäude allein nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann. Es ist vorgesehen, die Mittagsbetreuung in das neu zu errichtende Hortgebäude zu verlagern. Im Rahmen der Grundlagenplanung wurde im Jahr 2022 eine Standortanalyse erstellt. Auf Basis dieser hat der Marktgemeinderat die Weiterverfolgung des Standorts an der Schöllkrippener Straße beschlossen. Gegenüber der Standortanalyse haben sich zum jetzigen Vorhaben folgende Änderungen ergeben: - Reduzierung der Fläche um eine Krippengruppe und 1 Kindergartengruppe - Reduzierung der Hortkinder von 125 auf 120 - Flächenreduzierung um den Krippen- und Kindergartendarf Geplant ist das Hortgebäude ausgelegt auf 120 Hortkinder mit Ausgabeküche, Speisesaal und Nebenräumen sowie Verkehrsflächen. Die verkehrliche Erschließung erfolgt über die Schöllkrippener Straße; die fuß-läufige Anbindung der Kinder von der Schule ist über den rückwärtigen Bereich vorgesehen. Das Projekt soll unter Inanspruchnahme von FAG-Zuschüssen sowie dem Landesförderprogramm Ganztagesausbau erfolgen. Geplanter Baubeginn 01.09.2027 Geplante Baufertigstellung 31.12.2029
