70-00601-2460-D Technische Ausrüstung HLSK + GA AG 1-2-3-7-8 "Geplant ist die Sanierung des 1994 bezogenen Bestandsgebäudes I des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Schicht- und Oberflächentechnik IST in Braunschweig. Aufgrund veralteter und teils ausfallgefährdeter technischer Infrastruktur, insbesondere in den Bereichen Lüftung, Wärme-/Kältenetz, Trinkwasser, EDV, technische Gase(Druckluft, Stickstoff) und VE-Wasser, ist die dauerhafte Arbeitsfähigkeit gefährdet. Ziel ist die umfassende Erneuerung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung, um moderne Forschungsfelder zu unterstützen, Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Flächenflexibilität zu steigern und den Betrieb langfristig wirtschaftlich zu sichern. Die Sanierung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten im laufenden Betrieb; diese Projektbeschreibung betrifft den 1. Bauabschnitt. Das Gebäude umfasst ca. 4.386 m² Nutzfläche für rund 160 Mitarbeitende. Vertrag: Durchführung von Bauplanungsleistungen der für das Fraunhofer IST Braunschweig - Sanierung Gebäude I 1.BA, Gesamtkosten KG 200-700 (ohne Erstausstattung) max. 10.800.000 netto (ohne Mehrwertssteuer). Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt im ZBau-Verfahren inkl. Erstellung einer Antrags- und Bauunterlage sowie Wahrnehmung eines Konzeptgespräches mit den Zuwendungsgebern. Festpreisvertrag! Honorar gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 2-4 und 5-8 HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Honorarzone (§56 HOAI): 2 und 3, Honorarsatz (§56 HOAI): Basishonorarsatz sowie: Angebot von zusätzliche Leistungen gemäß Preisblatt - siehe Vergabeunterlagen Höhe der Nebenkosten: gem. RIFT-Bund in aktuellster Fassung Umbauzuschlag: 0,35 Die mitzuverarbeitende Bausubstanz wird wie folgt vergütet: die mitzuverarbeitende Bausubstanz ist in Form eines erhöhten Umbauzuschlag bereits berücksichtigt und damit abgegolten Vergütung für besondere Leistungen: Bestandsaufnahme nach Zeitaufwand ca. 300h Stundensätze sind anzubieten. "
