Description

Planung Laborbau 70-00411-2230-F Die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft plant die Durchführung der Baumaßnahme Neubau 3.BA im Institut Fraunhofer IVV Freising. Hierfür sind die Leistungen der Planung Laborbau notwendig. "Das Fraunhofer IVV am Hauutstandort Freising ist derzeit mit 238 Mitarbeitenden in 9 Abteilungen und 5 Geschäftsfelder strukturiert. Das IVV stößt hinsichtlich Technika, Büro- und Laborkapazitäten substanziell an seine Grenzen, gerade durch die Erschließung dynamisch wachsender Themenfelder in den letzten fünf Jahren. Mit der geplanten Baumaßnahme soll ein Erweiterungsbau mit ca. 2.100 m2 Technikums-, Labor-, Büro- und sonstige Nutzfläche geschaffen werden. Die Maßnahme mit ca. 2.100 m² (NUF 1-6) setzt sich wie folgt zusammen: NF 1 Wohnen und Aufenthalt: 50 m²; NF 2 Büroarbeit: 450 m²; NF 3 Technikum und Labore (teilweise S2 für Lebensmitteltechnik): 900 m²; NF 4 Lagern (u.a. Kühlräume für Lebensmittel): 390 m²; NF 5 Bildung, Unterricht: 320 m²; NF 6 Heilen und Pflegen: 12 m². Vertrag: Festpreisvertrag! Honorar gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 2-4 und 5-8 HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Honorarzone (§56 HOAI): 3, Honorarsatz (§56 HOAI): Basishonorarsatz Höhe der Nebenkosten: gem.
