Das Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg ist zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben auf eine leistungsstarke und dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entsprechende IT-Infrastruktur angewiesen. Hierzu zählen u.a. Standard PCs, Monitore und Notebooks, welche seitens der Mitarbeitenden des Universitätsklinikums Heidelberg sowie weiterer Dienststellen und konzernverbundener Unternehmen des Universitätsklinikums genutzt werden. Aktuell werden die vom Auftraggeber verwendeten Geräte über ein Leasingmodell finanziert. Die bisherigen Leasingverträge über die verwendete IT-Hardware laufen nunmehr gestaffelt aus. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung soll deshalb der Bedarf an neuer leistungsstarker IT-Hardware gedeckt werden. Hierzu beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung der benötigten IT-Hardware inkl. vorinstallierter Betriebssystemsoftware und weiteren Dienstleistungen wie Instandhaltung und Supportleistungen. Ein Teil der zu beschaffenden IT-Geräte sowie der damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen sollen zudem über Leasing finanziert werden. Auch hierfür beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung. Gegenstand des Leasings sind neben der Finanzierung der zu beschaffenden Geräte Leistungen der Assetverwaltung der zu leasenden Geräte, Logistikleistungen und eine zertifizierte Datenlöschung der Datenträger nach Rückgabe der Geräte. Der Auftrag wird mithin in folgenden zwei Losen vergeben.
