Description

Die Harzklinikum Dorothea Christiane Erxleben GmbH (Auftraggeber) ist ein Kranken-haus der Schwerpunktversorgung mit Standorten in Quedlinburg, Wernigerode und Blankenburg. Das Harzklinikum betreut jährlich rund 100.000 Patientenfälle, davon 28.000 stationär, und umfasst 20 Kliniken sowie 8 teils zertifizierte medizinische Zentren. Im Rahmen der Digitalisierung und Optimierung klinischer Prozesse plant das Harzklinikum die Einführung eines Patientendatenmanagementsystems (PDMS) an zwei Standorten. Die Maßnahme dient der Digitalisierung und Optimierung der klinischen Arbeitsabläufe. Ziel ist es, die dokumentationsintensiven Bereiche der Intensivmedizin sowie die anästhesiologisch geführten OP-Bereiche digital zu unterstützen und die Patientensicherheit, Behandlungsqualität sowie Prozess- und Dokumentationseffizienz nachhaltig zu verbessern. Die konkret erwarteten Leistungen ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere aus der Vorhabenbeschreibung, wie auch aus der Leistungsbeschreibung. Im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie 2025 des Harzklinikums wurde die Förderung im Rahmen des „Zukunftsprogramms Krankenhäuser“ nach dem Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz („KHZG“: Gesetz für ein Zukunftsprogramm Krankenhäuser (Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz - KHZG) vom 23. Oktober 2020, BGBl. 2020, S. 2208) verschiedene Digitalisierungsprojekte gemäß § 14a Krankenhausfinanzierungsgesetz („KHG“) in Verbindung mit §§ 19 ff. Krankenhausstrukturfonds-Verordnung („KHSFV“) zur Förderung eingereicht. Im Fördertatbestand 3 „Digitale Pflege- und Behandlungsdokumentation“ gem. § 19 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 3 KHSFV wurde die Beschaffung beantragt und bewilligt. Weitere Informationen zur geforderten Leistung ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere aus der Vorhaben-, wie auch Leistungsbeschreibung.
